Hello do have to have a permit to have a birthday cookout for 2 yr old

Permits aren't required,it's a public venue. Highly suggest secure spot EARLY!

No it's for the public, they have grills embedded in the ground a playground, water deck and swimming pool 🏊

I don't think you do need a permit, there are no signs anywhere saying that you need a permit for a cookout they have picnic tables and BBQs next to each picnic table all around the pool. About 12 to 15 of them but I suggest you get there early because they get grabbed real quick I would get there by 11:00am at least one person anyways to secure the table and barbecue
