Decent selection, but substantially inferior in breadth and quality compared to Wegmans, Roche Bros, or Whole Foods. Prices range from moderately discounted to moderately overpriced. Decent selection of basics in the produce, meat, seafood, and deli departments, but each one is noticeably lacking in the less common items. The butchers are rarely available at the counter, seem to purposely avoid interacting with customers, and are unhelpful for obtaining any cuts that aren't already packaged (I couldn't even get them to sell me some pork fat). The Shaw's app allows for browsing the store's inventory to see what's in stock, but it's untrustworthy due to numerous persistent inaccuracies (including items that are listed as in-stock but which Customer Service reveals to be not even sold at this store). Overall, the experience of shopping here leaves much to be desired.

I like shaws. They make their own roast beef and turkey in the deli section.

I have been coming to this location for almost 14 yrs. I appreciate their kindness, the store has what I need ALL the time. I use the new app they have & its kinda like Walgreens. They have a greater selection than sloppy shop It’s easy for me to get to The produce department is great with seasonal I like everyone there I am able to get my ingredients and make my dishes.
