You can reach the animal shelter during regular business hours and they can help you with a surrender form. Do not dump the animal at the shelter as thats illegal and cruel.

It is a well run shelter and Cathy, their adoption coordinator is a good person to work with. They have both cats and dogs under their care. I have pulled Siamese cats twice from their organization.
