Was not sure if you were trying to retrieve or revise the gifted tickets. Either way, your best bet is to go to Customer Service desk. Depending on the time, the lobby maybe roped off, just let the Usher know you need to visit CS and they'll let you through. Good luck
You can sed about changing your seat at ticket area (across from the concession stand on the main level). I had pre-ordered ticket I brought through an app and able to change my seats. Depending on where the old seats where located (non-reclining) there could be a charge to change to recling seats.
