These people are probably one of the rudest people I have ever met. Would definitely not stop by ever again! The first time I had a bad experience and the the second time was just an eye opener. Both times my kids left crying. Save yourselves a trip and look for a more professional business. Plus I am also pretty concerned about the horse “care” they give these horses. Not much care at all…

I went there with my boyfriend for his birthday. Very nice people. There were a lot of people there so we were waiting for about an hour...which I was not mad about but some people may be. I made an appointment there but they said I didn't. My boyfriend and I also signed a contract to have a helmet but we never got them. Once we finally got on the trail it was very nice. I would go again if it was my last choice but I would consider more places.

I am extremely disheartened to be leaving this review but I can 10000% say with great confidence I will not be returning to this place. I have been sowing into this horse riding company for the past seven years and have brought many members of my family here during this time. As a healthcare provider, especially during this very overwhelming, pandemic time, I find solace in spending time outdoors, horseback riding.This past Sunday, 5/3/21, I received a completely different welcome upon arrival. Not only did my sister and I have to wait over an hour to get on a horse, the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. I am someone who is very friendly and I enjoy making conversation with everyone I meet. The staff would barely speak to us and had condescending and sarcastic tones when answering questions. One of the senior staff members, Lauren, literally snapped at my sister every time she spoke to her. Nonetheless, my sister and I did not let this affect our horse riding experience and still went on the trial ride with Bella and Daisy (who eventually warmed up to us as the ride went on.) When we returned from our horseback riding session, I asked to speak with the owner, Amy, to inquire if she could help facilitate scheduling a horse for my nephew’s birthday party this Saturday, 5/8/21. Amy would not confirm with me, instead she kept saying “Saturday is going to rain.”, therefore she took my number and said she would call me to confirm. I called Amy every day this past week to confirm a horse for the birthday party and after speaking to her once, receiving the same run around response, she has yet to call me back. This morning , Friday, 5/7/21, I called Blazing Saddles multiple times to confirm. No response. My sister called, once she identified who she was, she was hung up on. I can’t help but wonder if the color of our skin played a role in this extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Blazing Saddles. In 2021, it is unfathomable that this type of treatment is still prevalent in Massachusetts. I have never been this discouraged and disappointed in a Randolph community business ever. I do not recommend this horseback riding company to anyone and I highly encourage everyone to look elsewhere for a better horseback riding experience where there is professionalism and no discrimination.

We enjoyed the experience. The women there were knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable before we left. The trail was shaded and pleasant. The only inconvenience is that they are a "cash only" business.
