Hospital staff were unprofessional and lacked the ability to attend to patients emergent needs. My father had incidents of falling and was added to his medical records. One of big falls he hurt his body throughout and never received emergent medical care. No X-rays, body scan, provided any medical attention to his injuries causing a huge infection on his arm. Since the fall he has dramatically decompensated and waiting to be reassessed now days later to address any mobility issues and worsened health conditions.

My Dad was admitted there for rehab. We were unable to be there with him due to the Covid protocols as they were not allowing visitors. I had been in contact with their staff relaying my concerns since my Father suffered from dementia and he needed to be watched closely. They seemed very dismissive of my concerns and my elderly father suffered a fall and broke his hip under their care. Their response was deplorable and they showed no concern for what happed to my Dad. His nurse who contacted me was more concerned about filling out paperwork than taking care of my Dad or showing any remorse. My family was able to obtain the medical records of my Father's stay and apparently my Dad lingered there for 12 hours before they sent him out to the hospital and contacted us. We have so many questions and they have done nothing but dismiss our concerns. Their corporate office will not even return our calls. It sickens me at the way my Dad was treated. This place should not be in business caring for the elderly.

The welcome at the entrance was warm and professional. The screening was easy. My visit with a resident went well and he spoke highly of the staff.

If I could give CareOne Randolph an A++, I would! My aunt spent 2-3 weeks here because she had the coronavirus. The 2West staff did an excellent job taking care of her. The receptionist ladies were always so helpful, answered the Qs I had regarding visitation - once my aunt was recovered. As well, as allowing me to wave hi to my aunt through her window. I will be sure to recommend this facility to families & friends for the future.
