Yes stop at the desk on your way out. Depending upon whom you speak with, they will either give you some or all of your money back or they will comp you to get the same # of tickets you purchased to be free on your next movie... When they do this, (or when they used to do this if they do not any longer), they give you raincheck-type-idea slips, usually one for each ticket.
