There's some street parking or you can pay $20 for a parking voucher with an event ticket or park at agganis arena down the street for $10

Unfortunately you'll have to scour the side streets for non permit parking. I'm not from Boston area so I don't know the area very very well but I usually just park all the way up on Cambridge Street almost near Saint Elizabeth Hospital where parking is usually free and there's plenty. It's a little walk to the venue but it's better than getting towed.
