They have a gift store u can shop in and charge to ur room bill also. They walk around with glasses of champagne n offer them to u.
The hotel is not all inclusive.
They also have a nice restaurant Jack Dusty that I believe you can charge to your room
You can add amenities to your room bill, if that's what you mean.. Like if you forgot your phone charger, you can go to the boutique and buy one, and have it billed to your room
