The produce in my opinion is fresh. Prices are similar to Publix so high but with lower quality. But if you look for Spanish food you will find almost everything.
The quality of meat of this place is really bad the meat tends to have been there for a while like it's rotten. Go to Walmart better quality meat are Publix
They carry frozen fish nothing fresh, fair price on the other side they carry a wide variety of vegetables some of excellent quality.
Medium... No really good prices. I prefer to go at Sanwa Market... Best deal for produce, fish and meat
Middling at best, Mediocre at worst, in my opinion.. I won't be returning there ever.
