Food is always fresh, the stores are always clean and organized. Never had a single complaint. If you can't find something there the manager will look into special ordering for you. Always a good experience at Publix!

A year ago we moved to citrus park area . I've been shopping at this publix and two others in the area . Today 1 stood out!!!!! Kourtney's customer service stood out above all . First impression i was waiting to have my order taken observed her concerned with pouring oregano over a sub because of the control cap missing. I looked at my phone looked up to another worker saying she went to get you something (sorry i forgot her name but very sweet and helpful). I said not for me but I want to wait for her because the sandwich she was making looked amazing. When she was walking back she went to grab and new bottle of oregano. Well thats not it to top it off before my subs were done toasting another customer walked up to order her sandwiches. And at my surprise she kindly listened to her grab the bread the lady needed. Timer goes off for my subs she turned around grab them remember all my toppings & thanked me and was already starting the next customer. Customer service is far and few these days . Most workers seem more pre occupied with conversations , waiting to see who's going to help the customer vs greeting before they can ask for help or just cleaning and stocking and ignoring the store being busy etc.. Kourtney's customer service is rare and you dont come across that often.

This has got to be the worst Publix Deli in the state of Florida. Online sandwich orders have not once been ready in time. The short heavy set spanish lady is probably the worst worker that publix employs. She's is a very miserable person to have to deal with. I've complained multiple times to managers about her and how bad of a job the deli does and it seems to only get worse. They are always out of everything. Just terrible all around. Might need to start taking the extra few minute drive to avoid having to deal with that garbage deli department.

This is why I’m giving this Publix a 1 star. My daughter is in Girl Scouts and as everyone at Publix knows it’s Girl Scout cookie season. The store Manager Joe came out and told our troop that we couldn’t sell in front of the store even though we signed up and were given permission by the Girl Scout Council sell here. These little girls were just starting to build their confidence and he goes and kills it just like that. We are so grateful for the Owners of Pitza-Pizza for letting us sat up. It’s not the same for the troop and he should have known. So sad for these girls and upset at this manager.
