I went to this location today with my husband to do some grocery shopping and we mistakenly went to the 10 items or less check-out register. The cashier greeted us and did not say anything about it. However, this lady named Dianna came along to start bagging our groceries and goes out of her way to let us know we came to the wrong line and that we were in the “10 items or less” line. Then she stops bagging our groceries and walks off. And although that was true, there were no customers waiting in these lines or waiting in any line. I found that to be unnecessary and a pretty silly thing to point out to a customer spending more money in your store when there wasn’t a stampede of people waiting to be checked out. Please learn to be grateful and to have better customer service skills. There are other Publix and grocery stores within 3 miles or so we could have gone.

This is the Publix I started frequenting more after moving nearby. Place is always clean, shelves are well stocked, good deals almost every week, and the workers are diligent and nice for the most part. I've gotten good service from the seafood and deli sections. Cashiers are polite and will sometimes make small talk, giving that personal feel. A great place to go shopping.

My go to grocery store, while the prices may be a tad higher than Walmart they make up for it in customer service. They always have some sort of bogo deal available which makes up for the prices. The deli and bakery is also a plus where you can get a fresh sandwich or baked goods. The bakery will always give your little one a cookie which helps keep them entertained for a little bit while you are shopping for what you need. The pharmacy also has some of the nicest people you'll meet who will make sure your subscription is on time and satisfactory. Publix's customer service and quick lines make it worth it to me.

Love everything about this place!! Exceptionally clean, super well organized. And the staff is always so friendly. I just wish I actually got my favorite pub sub. The last three times I went in I didn't get my sandwich bc either the line was moving too slowly or they didn't have what I wanted. Or the last time I finally got my sandwich but couldn't eat it bc onions were put on it and I'm allergic to onions.
