They are open from 10am-7pm.
Its open today but yesterday the Congo Rapids were shut down but the day or two before they were open..... Yesterday alot of attractions were closed but the rides were all eunning it seemed.
I do believe so . They open at 10 AM. Busch Gardens and the water park was open last weeknd.
