I am.outside your park today coming from.California and entrance is not available due full capacity. I only came to Tampa exclusively to meet this park. I am very disapointed in yur main entrance is very unpolite employees.Do have any policy about ?

Did you go at Guest Relations? I think that they could help you about your situation. They are located to the left of the main entrance.
