Well it was a horrible experience I don't advise you to waste your time since they were not ready for opening!!! They were unorganized & understaffed!!! Only two rides were working & no one had a clue as to when the rides were running or how long the wait. After waiting for over an hour & reaching the top, they closed the ride on multiple occasions!!! When we complained to customer service they only offered us a day pass to compensate us for the rain!!!
When you were on the Website at the end its give you the tickets and it's also say take an screenshot of the tickets
I I just bought an annual pass. When I made a reservation for yesterday I did get an email with confirmation. You could print it out or on the mobile app.
