If you know your card is still valid go to customer service or the front desk and ask for replacement. Don't forget your ID they are pretty good about that. There will be a replacement fee for the card but I can't remember how much it is. Best of luck

Go to the counter with ID , there is a $5.00 charge for each pass
Just go to the ticket counter with your ID and they give you a new one, some times they charge $5.00. Also you can get it on the app.
If its a annual pass they should replace it. Call customer service
