Is it easy to change the name on the ticket if it is wrong?

You can call the toll free support number from the website and they can modify existing ticket orders. We did this in January when our flights and travel party changed. They cancelled the existing tickets, reissued new ones and emailed them to us. The support person was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Unsure. It takes time at the ticket window. if your picture is already taken it may be non-transferable due to fraud.
