My friend is caring for a dog while the owner is in jail. Unfortunately he was hit by a car today and it apparently got his back hip and leg. She does not have the funds to take him to the ver. What are the options?

They aren't a full service vet. They do shots and neutering/spaying. They don't treat sickness or injury.

How much is it to neuter a 7 month old pit?

Has your friend applied for Care Credit? It's a credit card, but used for things like emergency medical care.
