The adult leagues are co-ed.
I know they have adult leagues. I don't think they have men's or women's specific leagues. Try giving them a call! They're all super nice.
I believe Lightning Made Hockey has a womens league. Also contact the arena itself. They are quite helpful and may have an inhouse situation.
