After getting my car for one day it started having issues and would not back out of a parking space at all. Come to find out the whole transmission needed to be replaced with the brake pads and rotors. Drive time needs to do A THOROUGH car maintenance inspection at dealerships to ensure everything v possibly wrong with the car has been take car of. This caused a huge inconvenience for me. I had to place the car at the dealership for fixing got about a week. Although you guys add the insurance on the car it’s ridiculous to have car issues SO SOON literally a day after purchasing the car. My excitement literally is not there anymore. I called and asked to speak to the manager of the store and spoke with Matt, I’m very good with voices with faces when I was there. I was placed on hold and told he would go get the manager just to be hung up on and called back and it was Matt again saying he was the manager. I had to come here and take back my 5 start review. The experience was good the day of purchasing the car but the day after the experience went down hill , I am far from dumb as well , if I ask to speak to a manager I expect such that. Will never recommend anyone to come here.

At the dealership, Joshua was able to answer ALL my questions and found a way to provide me the answers. He was also honest when he didn’t know the answers. He contacted me about a better option for me based on my situation. The day of the purchase, Matthew assisted me through the process of getting my new vehicle. He was knowledgeable about the whole process. Their customer service was outstanding. I felt respected by everyone at the dealership. Josh and Matt were awesome! We had a little issue with the car we purchased which would have been covered under the given insurance included with the car that popped up within our 5 day grace period. We came back to the store and were able to trade in to get another car with lower mileage and more space!! The initial car was awesome but it was no one’s fault there was an unknown issue with the car but these two guys made this whole experience as stress-free as I could ever imagine. Thank you both!!!
