There is an area in front of the observation tower at Key Vista where you can launch a kayak/canoe. So does Anclote gulf and Eagle Point parks.

Yes, I use it frequently...just stay to the right on the trails. Then you will see benches, with the small launch. Have a great time, the fishing is great.

It is a long walk to launch, about a mile. You could launch from Anclote park up the street much more conveniently.

There is no immediate access to water. You have to be inside the park.
