Clean, safe 4.2 Star Trailer Park. Lots of activities, functions. If you mind your own business and you will be fine, as retirement doesnt suit many in here well..Famous words said to many, ' If you don't like it here, leave'... FACT..

Would be better if they let you have a bigger dog! I have 2 German short hairs that are gentle giants and can not have them there. Wish they would reconsider some larger breed dogs!

We cant rent our places there. It's in the association rules.
Ms Passaro, the only rentals are the one still under the Grandfather claus, which expires when the owner sells that unit.
Pets are definitely allowed. Dogs must be under 25lbs. Yes, there are many stray cats. People, especially some "snow birds" and those residents that have passed on have allowed their animals to become homeless, creating a way for them to procreate like crazy. In addition, outsiders often dump stray or undesirable cats and kittens in Tanglewood, thereby increasing the cat population. It is imperative that people are responsible for their pets, whether dogs or cats, and have them spayed or neutered to prevent overpopulation.
Unfortunately due to past experiences our civic association has outlawed rentals in Tanglewood. It's a great place to live, quiet and well kept but if you wish to live here you must buy.
Unfortunately, due to previous tenants leaving their homes a mess, renters are no longer allowed in Tanglewood - ever. Sorry. Try Lake Connelly or Tiki.
