I bought my tickets from Publix because I was told we can get in at 5 or 5:30 I don't remember exactly which one I just want to be sure I wasn't lied to. Is this correct?

Yes you are correct. They will let you in starting at 5. Don't forget you have to pay to park if you are driving.
