Earlier this week, I saw two young males stole the old man's phone and ran away. Few days later, my friend's iPhone was stolen by those men, I bet they are the same guys. Should McDonald's provide a safer place for their customers in-store dining?

Yes, they all report to the police and Mcdonald's workers. However, this problem keeps happening, right inside the store. If the polices wanna help, they can take the evidence from camera and easily find those thieves. Why don't you force the police to solve this problem? I guess there are still more victims besides these two.

I am sorry to hear this. Yes you should do a police report this and send it to Macdonald's corporate.so they can step up. Putting this as your review should push them more. Try to be more careful. Being aware and not taking out your phone for too long can help. It's a sad reality that we have to do this so this low opportunist dont take your valuables.
