Very unprofessional staff and doctors, all of my sons personal information was lost, the doctors don’t care about no one’s health all they care about is making money from the insurance, very rude And dirty They asked me to come in to fill out new forms due to misplacing my personal information that had mine and my sons social security number Nothing but a clinic full of identity fraud. Beware of this clinic

I can't fathom why a Healthcare facility would demand hard-copy Financials before allowing me to book an appointment. In that neighborhood? My brain may be killing itself but. No.

This is one of the most unprofessional and incompetent clinics I have ever been to. When I had a problem with my retina and called to get a referral to a specialist, they referred me to an optometrist....when I clearly asked to be referred to an ophthalmologist. When I scheduled a blood test they sent me to a free clinic that isn’t even in my network or the correct address...then when I called to let them know I will be late because they gave me the wrong address the receptionist just says, “what?? I don’t have an appointment for you and we don’t draw blood on Tuesdays”. This is one of the worst clinics you will ever encounter. Don’t go here.

One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I changed my PCP to one of the the doctors at this clinic. Call to try and make an appointment because I am in need of medical care. They insist that I show up in person, with proof of address, proof of income and proof of insurance to “register” as a new patient. I eventually get down there a couple days later, wait around for an hour before they get me “registered”. I ask to make an appointment to see that doctor and they tell me the soonest available appointment is a month away. Would have been useful to know that over the phone a few days ago. Meanwhile I’m experiencing a medical issue that is not being treated and I’m back at square one trying to find a doctor.
