Poor service, I've been waiting WEEKS for a neurologist referral i was promised. Constantly having to remind staff about it and reminding them of my symptoms. Absolutely ridiculous and i'm fed up with it, hard to reach them over the phone lately as well.

I heart Lyon-Martin so much! They do deal with staffing issues, as it seems like possibly a difficult structure to work within, as many non-profits are :/ The doctors and staff do the utmost best they can with what they're working with. From time to time I do have to "re-train" new staff or doctors on my severe health issues. And on important issues I do sometimes need to manage the process somewhat to make sure things don't slip between the cracks. They consistently get me the referrals that I need, and treat me with care and respect and even friendship and I love them.

I don't know how to succinctly describe everything wrong with the place. I've been going here for a year and I haven't gotten anywhere with some very serious health issues. For one example, after 11 months of asking, I finally got one of the three referrals I had requested. Meanwhile other referrals were made that were simply wrong. The providers are limited to only 5 minutes per patient and most of that time is wasted on trying to remind them what happened in the last appointment. They're great about pronouns and trans issues but that's not enough. They need to do better. Getting my pronouns right while I'm incapacitated from health problems isn't good trans health care.

The worst experience I have ever had. Lyon Martin is unquestionably immoral and borderline illegal. I have waited for over a year for referrals from this terrible clinic. Doctor's visits are limited to 15 minutes, referrals are poorly handled, and phone hold times have reached over an hour. The staff are some of the most incompetent, negligent, forgetful health care providers I have ever seen. They are worse than clinics in many of the developing countries in which I've lived. It's common for a doctor here to simply forget to send in a referral or for a patient to wait four months to see a therapist. When I finally was referred to a specialist, they sent me to a hospital a month later that didn't take my insurance and turned me away, only for me to have to wait another month. Be sure to avoid: Dr. Calvin (will ignore some requests and rush others), Max the referral coordinator (doesn't return calls, didn't handle referrals, then the referrals expired after they didn't handle them), and the random homeless-person poop and needles on the sidewalk outside. Go anywhere else and STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

I listened till it changed languages and there wasn't an option to listen for the hours, just to call back during business hours.
They provide service regardless of ability to pay so try them out. They have social workers too.
Yes, they moved November 6, 2017.
