A 1 star is generous. Corporate should come down and see for themselves. In fact, come a few minutes before they open. You'll find out that sometimes they aren't open when they say they are. This has happened multiple times.

Out of all mens showers, 3 only work, but no soap in the dispensers. Bathrooms and locker room area is messy and felty. Working out areas are dirty as well, paper on the floors, paper dispensers empty. You will regret signing in.

Most cardio machines are not operating. Which is unfortunate since it becomes an incredibly crowded gym. Locker rooms are dirty. There is blood in the sinks. They request your proof of vax several times even though you can’t get a membership without a vaccine card which makes walking in and out difficult. I did not renew my subscription

The gym is kinda old but the classes are super fun and full of energy. Staff are nice too.

There are no "sandbags". But yes, they do haves stuffed bags to punch and kick upon. The other answer from Lillian Grace is a fraud, she does not know what she is talking about, probably has not been in a 24 hr fitness in years, if at all. Look up her profile - you'll see all her reviews are vague or outright lies.

Hello there is a sauna. It is located in the pool area and is accessible through the changing rooms or the entrance door to the pool.
Pool is open today Sunday 3/4/18 and women's showers are now available
Some locations seem to have a Kids Club, and the Potrero Hill location says they do. What that is exactly I can't say.
They never close.
I do think you need parents permission due to your age, but you are able to workout.
