We didn't charge you 42. We ask every single customer a scripted detailed set of questions before they come in. This is required by our system to check any client in or we can't use our system for anything else until it's done. We set aside in our appointments up to 10 minutes to take instructions if the grooming is not the same as last time. This starts with the face and length of the body. We then ask how you'd like the tail and if there are any special needs that we need to care for. (Ex: skin problems, moles to avoid ect.) We also transcribe every conversation we have with our clients. We have in detailed text that you wanted the same as last time. We confirmed and you asked us to do exactly what we did. We even went back over every note. I'm not sure how any of this means we don't care because you didn't explain what you needed and come every 2 years. We try our hardest, I'm sorry you were unhappy.
I am very happy with them and they have NEVER done that to me, I have been going there for a couple of years...
