Took my Morkie there and they did awesome work. They did exactly what we asked them to do and she looked great. Very friendly staff and they listen to what you want. Highly recommend Happy Pet Grooming Salon.

They were wonderful and did an amazing job. I have two very fluffy Eskimos and they were dirty and matted. The team there made them feel welcomed and safe and did an excellent job of taming and fixing their very thick fur. They came back looking and smelling better than ever. My only regret is not taking them sooner. I will be back and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you all! Highly recommended. Great service and they truly care about the animals.

Always great service! My Boston Terrier loves to go...and he hates getting a bath! Ruth & Jeremy treat all pets as their own. I take both dogs and cats to be groomed and you won't find a better place to have cats groomed anywhere! Update: Still so very happy with the love Oreo receives here. Brought my roommate's gal, Tank, today for nail clipping as well. Tank HATES having her nails done, but the people here make it so fast & painless that she doesn't have time to realize it's being done. As always, Oreo came home strutting his stuff following his "spa" date at Happy Pets. Always thankful I have these folks!!

Close when we're done and slow

Why don’t they ask you if you want a partial groom and still charge 42$ Becouse there in a hurry and don’t care?Becouse they did the face and but and won’t make this right and gave me the wrong leash do they care if the customer is happy?No

We didn't charge you 42. We ask every single customer a scripted detailed set of questions before they come in. This is required by our system to check any client in or we can't use our system for anything else until it's done. We set aside in our appointments up to 10 minutes to take instructions if the grooming is not the same as last time. This starts with the face and length of the body. We then ask how you'd like the tail and if there are any special needs that we need to care for. (Ex: skin problems, moles to avoid ect.) We also transcribe every conversation we have with our clients. We have in detailed text that you wanted the same as last time. We confirmed and you asked us to do exactly what we did. We even went back over every note. I'm not sure how any of this means we don't care because you didn't explain what you needed and come every 2 years. We try our hardest, I'm sorry you were unhappy.
