So Far I've only had one visit but the receptionist Ashley was very courteous, professional and helpful. My P.T. is Anthony. So far out of the 5 Dr's I have sewn for me injury no one has explained my situation better than he has, very thorough and made sure I understood what exactly was wrong and how to get myself better, he so far is not aggressive with the therapy and inly asks of you to try and do what you can, I was in a lot of pain the next morning but it comes with the healing stages. I am confident in his (24 yrs experience I believe he said is what he has) that I am in good hands.. an extra ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Anthony for his patience and professionalism with me. Thank you for helping me understand my trauma and showing he how to better myself.

The therapist did not listen to me. His responses to me included, "I don't care about that." (Multiple times) "Stop talking, I can't type that fast." He had me complete 2 each of 6 exercises. He set the expectation that I would spend time every visit on a heat pack and on a tens unit. Both of which I can do at home. 30 minutes of the precious appointment is spent without instruction. 20 minutes of the appointment is spent without any exercise or movement at all. (10 minutes on recumbent bike independently) The entire appointment was upsetting on so many different levels. I will add that the receptionist was lovely and did demonstrate concern when I told her I would not be returning.

Tony is friendly and honest and explains everything about my treatment in detail. Right on time with appointments too. I’m glad I was referred to you. Tony is definitely an asset to your team. Also Ashley is a friendly face when you enter the office.

Select Physical Therapy is the best group of therapists that I have had in 60 years of having PT done for about every joint in my body. The staff is excellent, they listen to you, are very professional and caring. I have had 3 different Therapist's and every one of them was outstanding. I strongly recommend Select as a great organization.
