Why don't yalla ever answer a phone? I'm sick & tired of my mail eigther not showing up or me and my neighbors redelivering the mail due to neglegence. I pay for items to be shipped here and eigther going to a neighbor or just let. UPS gets it right.

Same issue I paid for an authentic coach Purse & it said delivered & never made it to my house driver say he must of put it in the wrong box smh

Same problem they never answer and never answer the phone and when they do you sit on hold for hours they take a message because the supervisor is never around. I made a complaint in person about 3.5 weeks ago i have not received a piece of mail not one since then! Not even junk mail. Got 2 phone calls today my check was mailed back to the company and my invitation was returned to sender!

Same here I tried calling them all day nobody would pick up this is ridiculous for a government agency not to answer there phone.

Same problem here to. VA meds that don't make it Al ng with paid for packages and nothing is being done. I feel there's a thief in the mix but can't prove it

This is an awful post office. The employees are all so disgruntled because they hate their jobs. They constantly complain and never appreciate kindness. I only pick up business deliveries here. I refuse to do business with nasty people. My two cents. The USPS sucks.

Our driver has been putting mail in the wrong boxes on the daily for several years now. The neighbors meet up to trade mail and packages in our driveways on a regular basis.

Horrible service..
