This was a good move for me last year. I love the new clubhouse with pool table and darts. I don't have a washer and dryer, so a clean laundry was a welcome find. Don, in maintenance really keeps the community looking great. The office area reminds me of a certain country store restaurant with a huge front porch and lots of rocking chairs that begs for ice tea and a good book. Park is well maintained. Yes, it is an older community, but it is a quiet community that is well cared for. I would absolutely recommend Hillside.

New manager horrible. Gwen and her husband were the nicest of managers. Wanted to buy a mobile home here but her rude attitude threw me off. I thought the park is good but want managers who make you feel welcome.

We loved our two week stay. The pool was great and usually empty...have the whole pool to yourself. The people in the community & in the RV park we're great. Very nice people. The spot was a nice size for us & our pup loved the doggie park. Everything nice and clean. And you can't beat the price. Would definitely recommend.

As a former tenant this place is horrible. Every home is cockroach infested. Rent is extremely high. People in the park are nosey and rude. There are a few good people

We stay at this park as snowbirds and this is a very nice park.the management is very helpful, and as for Gwen she's doing her job,and if you called me after hours like that you'd got the same answer from me.

Yes, its still available. But you need to know that this is 55 and older park. And we do run background and credit check before we even sell the mobile home.

We have a lot rent which is inclusive of: use of all of our amenities, lawn maintenance and garbage removal. Amenities include a 50'x20' Swimming Pool, Community Hall, Library, Laundry Building, Shuffle Board Courts, Recreation Room with a TV Room, Game Room, Kitchenette an 3 Bath Houses. Actually its up to the owner of the park. When purchased Hillside was not pet friendly But since some residents already had dogs the owner decided to make it a pet friendly park,as he has seen in the past pets are very important to seniors especially those living alone with no family close by. We are trying to keep the weight at 20/30 pounds.
How many people do you allow into the park if they out right buy a trailer, but you find out they had a criminal past???Thank you
