I am a disabled person, and I was only wanting to know if my address has been changed in the system because I have not received any postal confirmation in my mailbox. I have changed my address at other post offices and never had to experience this type of disrespect EVER BEFORE. They leave people standing outside of a blue door and don't even care what their situation of health is. No chairs to sit in just have to stand or leave. They don't care about the people.

We arrived past noon for a Passport application appointment, the place was virtually empty so we didn’t had to wait too long to be seen. The lady at the counter was nice and was quick to help us, and Jeff (passport person) answered all our questions and was very thorough with our paperwork, something we appreciate since this documents are very sensitive. Good overall experience!

I don't usually go to the post office if I can help it but I had multiple shipments that needed to get out with tracking a few weeks ago and I was worried about clogging up the line. I was already super stressed but Phil was at the front and was so kind and helpful. He fast and efficient, and did not make me feel like I holding anyone up because he got everything organized and moved me right up and out. He was so helpful. What a gem! Can't wait to not clog the line up again! Just saw his name in a review for passports, so when I have to renew I guess I'll mosey over there and see what damage I can do to that line! LOL Kidding... kind of.

I’m not one to complain but I’m livid !!! It’s a shame that I have to come back from my mailbox being upset because the mail man and the women as well have nasty attitudes. There is a way to talk to somebody and tell somebody something rather than to catch attitude. Twice now I have had problems with your mailman and mail lady not knowing how to talk to somebody. Not only that we live in an HOA community where we have rules! we pay for our grass , we pay for everything here ,but yet they continue to park on the grass no respect . Some of the most rude people I’ve ever dealt with from postal service . the next time I might not be so nice.stay off our grass !!!

Same issue I paid for an authentic coach Purse & it said delivered & never made it to my house driver say he must of put it in the wrong box smh

Yes call the main post office and wait 1 hour and a half, eventually they will answer and then once you explain your issue they will notify your local P.O. and they will call you back, but then you may not get mail again....where does it go....I Don't know

Call the post office and have them track where it was delivered might have been put in wrong mailbox make sure you have the tracking number
I had the same problem and I got his/her name and complained to postal manager at your local by zip code office. If you track your packages it shows delivery was made and you have proof that it didn't happen. Good Luck

That sounds like an error by the postal worker that's delivering the mail. My suggestion would be to contact the post office directly & let them know that you are having an issue with your mail. I hope this helps

I go there almost every day to mail packages and find the staff there very friendly and helpful. All my packages are prepaid and only require the clerks to scan them and give a receipt. Guess it just depends on your attitude towards people....you get back what you give....

I don't know if your park has a mail room but there may be parcel lockers there unless it's small enough to fit in your box or delivered to your house but I know they're running much later because of the enormous amount of packages going through the system the last
I work in the Zephyrhills post office. We had a very late truck around 11:15 from Ybor (meaning priority mail) that most of the carriers had to wait for before they hit the streets. This time of year you should expect late deliveries. Hope this helps.

Number the post office number is frequently constantly busy. You just have to keep redialing. Supposedly I've been told that they have a few numbers going in but they are always busy with someone helping someone else. There are times I think they leave it off the hook but I'm not sure about that. Just keep dialing keep dialing keep dialing. I know it's a pain in the butt but they don't have only but one phone number and it goes to about three or four extensions. I'm not sure how that works either but that's what I'm told. I've tried calling the post office at the airport because that's a 24-hour post office and I never get an answer even though it rings! So I know the post office system is not really doing its job and not really good at helping customer service I know you can get through to someone at the Zephyrhills Post Office but you just have to keep trying. That's all I can tell you
