The cost of a Florida identification card is $31.25, or with proof the person is eligible for Florida EBT or homeless, an id only (not a driver license) is free. If you are not REAL ID compliant (little gold star next to your Florida id or Florida driver license number) you will need to provide us with a certified birth certificate or a valid passport, your social security card and two proofs of your current Florida address. If you have had a name change, we will be required to see proof of that, the documents you provide must be the original copy.
