I have Florida driver's license but I need to change the address what documents I need and how much gonna cost me?

The price to change your address on your Florida driver license will be $31.25. If you DO NOT have a gold star on the top right corner of your license, you will need to provide us with a certified birth certificate or a valid passport, your social security card and two proofs of your current Florida address. If you have had a name change, we will be required to see proof of that, the documents you provide must be the original copy. If you DO have a gold star, you will be required to bring in two proofs of your address- any kind of mail with your name and the new address
