what does a minor need to get there permit at this place ?

The customer would be required to have completed the 4 hour drug and alcohol test, and the 50 question road rules/road signs test. The 4 hour test must be completed at least one day prior to coming into our office. We offer the 50 question test here in office. We will also require their original birth certificate, their social security card, and two proofs of the address where they live. If they reside with their parents, two bills in the parents name is acceptable.
