Two proofs of residence, birth certificate or passport, social security card, any name change documents and $54.25 I believe. That is licenses only, tags are 300 to 400 a vehicle.
I would strongly suggest visiting the DMV website. They gave a link to all the information you will need. It will avoid you making an unnecessary trip.
