My son took his written drivers test, and applied for California ID well over two months ago. He was told it would arrive in the mail in 7-10 days. He needs to open a bank account and has no picture id. What should he do about this? Thank you.

The paper driver license should have a picture attached, if not go back and have the DMV attach one. It should take about three to four weeks to receive a DL or ID.
