Very bad experience too many excuses on why plot is not down almost a year they still wait on the port 🤔 I find a plot some where else they need to give some money back but was fast to ask for it

I'm updating my review to a 5-star. The people working here are nice, helpful and courteous. The guy working at the front office came out to help us when he saw us needing help. We need more nice people in this world. Yes, the surrounding outside area is not as clean and not well lit so I hope they can put more lights along Benicia Rd, next to the other cemetery so it's not so dark and less tempting for illegal dumpers.

The grounds are very well-maintained and clean. Plenty of trash bins, water faucets, and benches are available for visitor use. It's unusually quiet (for the most part) given it's location, quite conveniently located right off of the freeway and just blocks from Safeway where you can buy fresh flowers.

If it is a grave that is out on the grounds, meaning an area with turf that we mow, then artificial flowers may be placed on your family’s headstone November 15 through March 15.
Hi Roberta...I don't work at All Souls but my father and family are buried there. Last year my father died and, I too, called All Souls that night since that was the place of his choosing. But they don't have the facilities for picking up deceased people. There is Skyview Memorial which is across the street from them. They do pick up and keep bodies and also offer funeral services. I called All Souls the night my father died. There was no answer, only an answer machine. So if you live in town here in Vallejo, you will have to call someone else to pick up and keep the deceased. The cemetery in our town doesn't have facilities on their grounds for that. I believe that if you decide to buy a gravesite you can work out a plan with them. They do work with other cemeteries and morgues.

Yes they are! They have a special memorial day Mass and celebration by the flag pole tomorrow for the veterans.
