Yes it is. Dr. Vani is very kind and knowledgeable. Our first resue dog was spayed by her 12 years ago and we continue to go there. We took our second dog to Golden State Human Society do to the cost. Our first dog didn't cost us anything at Boulevard for spaying as part of the adoption cost. There was a considerable cost difference between Boulevard and Golden for spaying.
Yes it is. They do very good work there. My own cats and dogs have been done there as well as our rescue animals. We've never had a problem. Their work is very clean and professional.
