It’s not our bad service, it’s just that we have a walk in clinic, and we see a lot of patients on a daily, we do our best to give good customer service, we’re sorry for any inconvenience, but when we have 30 pts who are signed in waiting to see our doctors, it might take a while because our doctors like to take time with our patients to ensure that the pts have a good treatment plan,
Well Idk. I think waiting for a month for your referrals and then being told they are ready and you offer to come get them and they are like just kidding we don't have it yet so you are forced to call IEHP to get a move on would be considered pretty bad service that does need to be improved. Then sitting at your office listening to other people having the same issue and no one willing to help them. Yea, I'm sorry but that is bad service. If someone needs a referral it is probably because it is something serious not just the common cold.
