Worst experience ever!!! I was approved for an apartment, paid all of my move in fees, then ended up not moving in due to my own personal issues and 2 months later I am still waiting for a refund for an apartment i never moved in! I am out almost $2,500.00 and have been told “the check is mailed for the past 2 months.” Derrick never answers the phone and both him and the “supervisor” ignore all my emails. I’ve asked when the check was mailed & for proof of payment numerous times & they will not provide it. The check clearly was never even issued! If i could give 0 stars I would. If the check was issued providing proof of payment should be no problem!

I wanted to give a outstanding review to Tony Z. He is always on-point when there are things going wrong in the complex. If I have a issue Tony responds right away to my concerns. Having his presence around the grounds reassures his efforts of keeping this community clean. Thank you Tony Z.

I have to give a BIG thank you to one of the staff members Andrew Alvarez here on site. He has never failed me when it comes to needing a helping hand with taking care of things around the complex as well as things that need to be fixed inside the pad. I met him as a neighbor when he first arrived here at the Rancho Vista location here in Ontario. But from getting to know him and his family, he is a great father as well as a great husband and i enjoy that he takes his job seriously! Keeps it professional! As well as always on time when asked for help. Thank you to all the staff members! But a BIG shout out to Andrew Alvarez.
