No, I don't think so. You have a specific time period for reimbursement that starts on your first day of class. Once you pass your written portion of your CDL test you will be well outside of the refund period. And quite honestly, they will have done the work and should be paid. If you only want them to help you to pass the written test and not the driving portion, ask to see if that's an option and negotiate different pricing.
