The clerks told me I couldn’t step aside to gather information, then a Caucasian female, was able to go outside and leave her things at the window, leave and come back to the same woman , and it was 4pm closing time, already! Amazing, by the way, I’m African American, & so is she! I’m so angry and upset
Evelyn Serrano
I just filed on the 22nd of Nov, last week, because my angry and mad but good, cute and buff husband Antonio P. that I really love told me to and want to have a baby with him, but since my dad just divorced my mom, Esther Serrano, my mom to join the club, since she hates my husband ;( and divorce him, I also got a temp restraining order, by K. Cooley and O. Martinez lol same day, crazy right, on him so easily lol, my hubby never threatened me or wanted to kill me, he is just crazy in love for me lol I hope judge Jennifer R. Gerard can be fair with him after all on 12/13/21 dept 301 family court, i am so sorry for all of this

Every single time I called these people I was told that I had no control over my divorce, which has been pending since 2010, because my husband started the process and never finished. And not knowing how to get ahold of him I kept asking if I could file in Washington and I was rudely told that there was nothing I could do. So I have been waiting a year to find him and when I finally did I sent him the papers all filled out all he had to do is sign them. Well the good news is he finally signed them and sent them back but now I’m looking at the pages and wondering if they gave me the right forms to send in. Grr 😠😾. I’ll update this if I can ever get ahold of them. Because of Covid-19 the phones are only answered until 2 and several of the courts are closed. So hopefully Riverside is still open. They are rude and frustrating.

do you know the website or where to go online to request copy my divorce papers. I know my one divorce was in Riverside Calif and the other was in San Bernardino Calif.
How much do it
You must be served paperwork or a copy of any stipulation. Before its brought to any judge. Sounds like he is just threatening you.
The family courthouse right across from the jail don't take anybody with you because they will just have to wait outside are they stop receiving any paperwork or anything at 2
Yes it's open
You can go online and print them out then when they are ready you take them to the court and drop off or you can choose to submit online
I believe you can file online or drop off in the box they have right outside the entrance.
Good luck with getting anywhere... I've been pushed out of son's life over false accusations and nothing supporting facts
There is a way... you can also use a fax file cover sheet, pay the extra dollar or so for fax filing, include your credit card info on the bottom, and fax it in...
Go back to court for a hearing.
Yes
The court is only open M-F. You would have to call early and check, BUT more than likely your court date is scheduled for the morning so it might be smart to just go in as soon as they open and check with the clerk. That way if you are supposed to be there you won't be late.
4175 main St. Riverside, Calif 92305
They are having telephonic appearances. You can get the call in information on the court's website www.riverside.courts.ca.gov
Is open, but only one person is allowed to go in, first floor is now by ticked number, like the DMV and only 5 persons are allowed to be inse, cour hearing only the person is the case ,no one else is allowed
File a declaration with the court asking for a continuance on you case
3535 Tenth St, Riverside, CA 92501 Self help. There's a class to schedule. Take the class it's free. write all your questions on a card. They can help. It's free. To file is $500 though James ... I don't know your situation. It's going to be pain like you never knew. if you have a good church talk to with your leadership(s) Matthew 5:32 know that I added you to my prayer list.
Go to the court website. If it is a paternity case u will not be able to search or view. If it is any other case you will need a case number to search for free. If u need to search by name there will be a fee.
You can get the forms online. The forms are the same throughout California.
And if it is in a paternity case you will have to show your i.d.
Go to any courthouse and pay 15 bucks for a certified copy. Alot of places want a certified copy to prove that is what was ordered by the courts.
You can make a limited appearance to contest jurisdiction only. The problem is you'll likely be served right in court. If you had an attorney the attorney could appear for you without your presence. Hope that helps.
If you're asking you probably haven't been served. If you have a case number you can search the online records for free at riverside.courts.ca.gov. if you don't know about a case existing - you can run a name search for a couple bucks aswell.
Its supposed to be that notified to other parent as long as they still have rights....
If a judgment was filed then the date of dissolution will be visible. Please use the online records search to find your case summary - it will be listed there - @ www.riverside.corts.ca.gov
If you appeared for your hearings you should know if a judgment was made. Dissolution occurs 6 months after judgment.
File your petition with a fee waiver request. If denied the case will be voided due to non payment. Do not serve until waiver applies.
I believe that would be taken care of in probate, not family law. Family law is for divorce, domestic violence, and child custody/support between parents. In probate court they handle guardianships. You can always look up the self help center in downtown riverside and go see them or call them. They can give more advice on what needs to be filed.
Please use E-Submit. You can upload documents any time. They will be processed the next business day. If you have a page in handwriting you can "scan" it with your phone into PDF for upload (SimpleScanner on GooglePlay). Please visit riverside.courts.ca.gov for more information.
As long as you have the info

Last page of the agreement or on the bottom of the Judgment (FL-180).
That is a good question. I suggest that you write to the courthouse, 4175 Main St. Riverside, CA 92501 attn: Family Law Court Clerk. If you want include a self address stamped envelope. I know several of the clerks working there and while they are very busy, I know that you are going to get your answer because they are friendly and nice people, mostly... if you don't receive a timely response, you can call or text me when you get the chance and I will get you your answer. - Security Officer Mr. Smith
A blank FL-165 request for judgement is available online. A filed copy can be attained by locating your case online (click the camera icon next to the entry indicating your paper was filed) - by requesting the document by writing or visiting the clerk's office.
Original court maintains the case until you file motion there, and get permission to move the case to a different county. It's a motion to change venue.
