No one answers their phone i push 1 for english and it ignores it then hangs up ive been asking for help for 2 months now and they say their systems are down for 2 months and not even supervisors call back!

I ham having the same issue with the help line. You have to go through the help line now to reach your worker. They will send your case worker some sort of message to contact you and what it is about. Then it takes 2 to 5 business days. It has worked in the past. When I called today no one ever picked up the phone.

The gov in IHSS "has cut off their nose to spite their face". They can't get communicated with. It is a hot mess.

I am experiencing the same.
