Bring your own tools and go to self serve. They will bring the car up for you. Everything is on pavement so no crawling around in the dirt. If you use full service they will pull the part but you pay a lot more for it because they pulled it
Full service will take the part off for u on cars that's 2005 and up. Self service you pull the part on cars that's 2004 and lower.
I'm not sure if they'll take the parts off for u. Last time ii went we had to take off the parts ourselves
