When you go bring your veteran ID, copy of DD214 and med records.
VA office is in the County Bldg. just to the north of the clinic. You can walk in and wait to see a representative. They will get you signed up to start the process. It does take time but well worth it. I served in the Navy in Viet Nam and have several medical issues. I am receiving excellent medical care, mostly at the hospital in Loma Linda. Your primary physician will be at the Rancho clinic and he will refer you to specialists as needed. Do as much of the "leg work" as you can in gathering your medical records and give them in to the representative you signed up with. It will save time in the process. It can take months, but again, well worth the effort.
