This place is horrible. I just called to simply establish my care again and the women I spoke to seemed extremely uninterested and also kept cutting me off as I tried to speak. I also was informing her about a lump I felt on my right breast. She laughed and said that she’s a women who’s has had a lump for over 2 years and that as a man I shouldn’t worry. Not sure how that makes sense and that wasn’t something I wanted to be told as I find a lump in my breast. NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE EVER. Horrible customer service with no regard towards those they are service. Be better. I am not going to be silent about this complaint.

Doesnt care about Veterans, no longer has a phone number that can be reached by patients. You now have to go through the VA loma linda call center, only to be told that you cannot even be transferred to someone who works in the same building as your doctor. you can only leave a message and hope against hope to get a call back. last time i waited 5 hours only to have to call again.

ZERO IF I COULD. To all my fellow vets please keep this in mind. These are not VA doctors. They are contracted out from different facilities. Not top specialist not overly qualified. If you come to this place you get the feeling they work off commission with how quick the doctors push patients in and out of their office with little to no care of what is acutally wrong with you. All the poor reviews are accurate and please everyone TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES!

8160 Daycreek. Next to where old sears grand was and adjacent to where old office max was.
The corner of Haven &Arrow there's a Government building. First floor. VA office on the left when you walk in.
When you go bring your veteran ID, copy of DD214 and med records.
Yes possibly depending on certain criteria, I would definitely look into it, you may have to jump a few hoops first
No, it's the yellow building right next to it. It's the veterans assistant building, they also file your disability claims.
No
