Waited 3-hrs to be check for a cough and eye infection. Doc spend less than 15-seconds examination, no diagnosis. They prescribed antibiotics which I had said I am allergic. No diagnosis given or paperwork of discharge. I requested covid test with 2-days results, 7-days passed with no results. Staff was also unprofessional!!

The Doctors have always been very nice and helpful, as well as Dr. Azzawi’s personal nurse. The rest of the office staff are Very unorganized and in need of strong direction from a solid office manager on all shifts. I’ve been all hours of the day & night and it’s always been an issue.

Ummm I’ve been here for 15 mins and there is no one here. I mean no front desk no nurse nobody to help me. It says it 24 hours but there is no one here at all. I’m almost 100% sure this is not okay. This is a safety hazard I would assume or some type of hospital violation.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The wait time wasn’t that long. I went around 7:30am in April. The staff was friendly and the doctor knew what he was talking about! He kindly prescribed me the medication I needed and gave me instructions on how to take them. Although the appearance of the facility isn’t too appealing, I’m happy with the service I got.
