Who is the insensitive person answering the phone line... Hanging up on people who have mental disorders is not a good idea...

TETC.The staff are ALWAYS rude. There is NO EXCUSE for it. They feel they can treat people with disrespect just because they have depression or serious mental illness. Most people do not gave a choice but go here due to insurance issues, etc. And they know that. So they are very disrespectful and violate patient rights. Anyone who says otherwise us obviously an employee or family of an employee. The security and employees routinely violate disabled people's rights including the right to have assistance devices

I have the calls recorded so sorry it was the lady who answered the phone. Insensitive individuals need not work here ... This is a mental health Services company they should teach them how to deal with people with disabilities... She really needs to be nicer to the people who call ...
